Born with physical disability, Dr. Kanubhai Tailor refused to accept limitations. He founded the Disable Welfare Trust of India in Surat, Gujarat, turning personal adversity into a national movement for disability rights and empowerment.
Honored with the Padmashri by the Government of India, he has dedicated his life to providing free education, rehabilitation, vocational training, and advocacy for lakhs of differently abled individuals across the country.
